Refunds are given only within 3 business days of receiving your order and only for damaged or defective products. We cannot accept returns on custom orders! We have a no cancellation policy, as soon as your order is placed, it goes into production meaning it cannot be canceled. Please read over all of the details BEFORE placing your order. 

If your package is lost with your chosen carrier, please be sure to file a claim with your carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you chose to insure your package for it's total amount, please make sure to check out with the proper insurance.
